Some very disturbing reviews here if you take the time to read through some of them over the last few years

I am also surprised that SIO's customer service approach seems to be "email to [email protected] with your job number and best contact details, we'll give you a call."
Pretty lousy approach imho. Why not be on the phone to them asap ?
Surely from the nature of the complaint they know who the complainant is. Why not be pro-active -at least provide a direct contact phone number to a person that can address their concerns
Still they have been around for 65 years -they must be doing something right
But those 208 reviews with the vast majority, negative, is a concern for any potential investor

Have been ASX listed for one month now and trading at a fair discount on their IPO price . The sentiment on the education side of the business hasn't helped.
Are they value here or are they a stock to avoid ?
