I'm not too worried about centro. they'll come out looking okay. the drop in FX has helped and as long as the debt/equity proposal is fair, then will come out looking alright. Centro shopping centers are geared towards 'essential' retailing (unlike westfield).
Business spectators also noted the lower end of retailers are doing well, which means shopping center supporting these won't be impacted as much. Simon property is a good example. Thanks Aras.
