My view on this issue is that when he amde those predictions, SP was pretty confidently expecting the HDR share price to be much higher than it is now ie. it was before the Chinguetti production problems had occurred. At the time I believe the company was contemplating a scrip bid for an aussie producer/explorer....I don't have any idea who. Maybe something like Beach Pet.

The whole concept would have been scuttled by the dramatic slip in the share price since then and the idea is probably back on the shelf. All speculation on my part.
