    Two things come to mind
    a) They don't have value-add products like A2M or BAL
    b) Most of their herd in in China and the Chinese consumer is looking for assurance in terms of the quality of downstream processing from dairies outside of China.

    Let me know if this isn't the case as I haven't looked into CDC for a while.
