VOD's got other issues such as its regulatory fine and its governance, risk and compliance. Singtel Optus is basically owned by its Government/ regulator and Temasek, a sovereign. Whom or what was Bob Hawke's boy, Rod Sims referencing when he said there were four. Did not SPK move out of Australia years ago.
