You should understand as shareholders or non-shareholders, most of us are NOT privy to inside information.

The AFR seem to have a whistleblower (perhaps a few whistleblowers) providing them with such information - and the AFR would need to double check their sources, otherwise they would be sued by the company.

As yet, no legal actions have commenced against the AFR, by the company. I guess, draw your own conclusion on that.

Further, the company has been suspended by the ASX.

And is being investigated by both the ASX and ASIC.

There are Serious Allegations made against the company.

If these allegations are proven incorrect - the company will be back trading - and the dip in the SP you experienced is only temporary.

But if proven true, then its unlikely to trade again as the company would Not only face class actions from shareholders, but also criminal prosecution from ASIC as well.

You should note, holders and non-holders of BIG do not have the powers to requisition information from the company that ASIC has - and further, holders and non-holders on this forum are Not privy to information that AFR have obtained.

As such, we can only draw conclusions based on information released by the AFR, ASX, ASIC and the company.

If you are Looking for Confirmation that allegations made against the company are false, you are looking at the wrong place - you should contact the AFR, ASX, ASIC and the company.
