Hardly a strong justification to assume everything is a lie.

Disclosure issues sure. But no worse than the glaring gaps in the arguments I've read against BIG.

Again I don't have much at stake here. In the long run I'd arguably get more personal benefit from this being called out and substantially reducing the inherent risks in the market. But right now I just don't see a robust enough argument against BIG based on the information available. Too many gaps in the bear story to call it a zero imo.
