I have seen no photos or media releases of either of them at the mine or in Mindanao.
All I want and most minority shareholders want is a simple solution.
The board needs to stop "announcing" that they are in control.
Or media reports in the Philippines are inaccurate.
How about this, the board gets on the next plane leaving Perth to Manila. Then fly to Davao City.
Take photos.
Then drive to the mine.
Take photos with date and time stamps.
Hold a press conference at the mine, inviting the same Philippines media they labeled as being inaccurate or not to be relied upon, like the state news agency for instance, and answer questions.
Failing that, provide a Zoom news interview with Philippines media.
Raul didn't arrive on the last board.
He is prepared for this Philippines Supreme Court fight and I would imagine being funded by certain sources.
This is going to be a multi-year saga
