& C-88 has asked a few times, provide the evidence to the shareholders, photos etc.... burdon of proof.

It is really gratifying to see shareholders & posters asking the questions that need to be asked of this Board and also calling you out... though this should not be happening, its unfortunately where the company is at.

Seems odd you haven't commented on the evidence C-88 put up on the costs Judgement citation, which BTW forms the basis as the Boards case, for all shareholders to vote against the motions put forward by vitrinite. Major cracks appearing? ....
