Sometimes the best times to buy is when it looks the worst, this market is irrational
VPG looking like a sheepish stock atm, when a big buyer comes everyone follows, vice versa.
I dare say that the volume seen on it, some of the big boys that got in on open would not let the price drop alot, right now its a tickle to them.
