VOC looks like a Babcock and Brown too many businesses , has stretched its debt and the aquisitions don't seem to be paying off, its now in my opinion a structual issue and immediate steps need to be taken, otherwise it could be curtains....Management have failed and need to fall on their swords.....The stock will not bounce of these levels as it now has so many ????....Lots of talk of Target ranges $2 to $3........maybe something more extreme if they drop another bombshell....Look at Slater and Gordon was $8 and now 9 cents..... Very drastic but thats what the market can do!!!!.......
