I thought the grid power issue was solved, from tiger's letter, "During May 2015 Tiger energised the recently installed 30MVA transformer, which is now being run up to provide grid power at Kipoi." What does that mean? gibberish to me, but I will try to guess, the grid transformer primary supply is installed and transformer secondary output wiring to the EW plant is being connected. ??? Must be operating off the grid by now FFS.
