I think the reality is somewhat worse. Phase 1 is producing carbonates, not oxides. Carbonates are worth less than Oxides.
CE Carbonate is on Metal-pages at $5 kg, and $2.4 domestic.
As a comparison,
CE Oxide is on Metal-pages at $6.75 and $4.5 domestic.
