I believe a consolidation (5 to 1) has been proposed by the company sometime ago and it will be voted in the coming AGM. On the hand, with new shares issued as the result of raising capital, I guess the total debt is lower than that in 2007. In other words, the relevance of market capital at 2007 might be limited if the valuation of properties do appreciate in the future - get too a level near valuation in 2007.
