Yeah, that's me in 14th place, much to the chagrin of my investment adviser (apparently diversifying is smart). I was lucky enough to keep the faith when the AIM price plunged and bought up big for under 10 cents.I've ended up with an average buy in price of 46 cents. I do feel sorry for the AIM people who just held on and didn't average their holding cost down. They have a long way to go to get their money back. It'll happen, but it's no where near as much fun as seeing your money multiply.
I'm not a smart investor. I know my money can work harder somewhere else. I do however derive a certain satisfaction from watching the BTR story evolve. I've met Scott Lowe and he absolutely reeks of integrity. I believe in the management, I believe in the assets, and I believe commodity prices will hold up long term. Holding BTR has become fun, and I don't want the fun to stop.
