333m are the shares that LCY will buy at 0.015.
The SPP of 500m will not be fully taken but the way I see it, it matters not one bit, now. Redo you calcs with SPP of 250 and it still equates to the same sp.
If MtBevan is worth say 3.5c, it also happens that 40% of that is 1.4c, so LCY (ahem NMDC) are still not paying a premium...are they?
