If SPP and LCY share issues are successful, HAW will be a company with:
- 4,479 million shares
- approx $10 million cash
- 100% Mt Bevan
Historically, NMDC paid $18 million for 50% of LCY. Assuming 30% Mt Bevan interest is worth $15 million, the new HAW market cap should be $50 million + $10 million cash or $0.013 a share. This doesn't count a premium to have NMDC support and the gold.
