This is how I see it:
HAW owns 100% of Mt Bevan.
LCY has bought into HAW so will own 60% of HAW.
NMDC = ????
With current information at hand HAW will still own 100% of Mt Bevan! So as shareholders of HAW we will benefit.
Putting everything aside, if Mt Bevan is a success HAW's sp will appreciate as we own 100%!
