You people seem to be going too fast. What Ms Heng seem to have said is that Legacy WOULD LOOK, that is, WOULD CONSIDER, to in-specie the 60% shareholding it would hold in Hawthorn back to Legacy shareholders. Nothing in definitive yet.
If they end by doing it, it will be a very good sign as it would indicate that NMDC's interests in HAW would stay, at least for some time come, at 30%.
