I was thinking about 1.5c a 50% plus. NMDC a good heart with Haw holders. My answer is NO WAY, It is a trick, they tried to manipulated the people.

1.5c it is for help the SPP , It is for sure. By the way, 1.5c it is not any diference for them.

My explanation:

We have 1775 m

SPP 500m
lcy 333.

1775+500+333= 2608.

2608- (333+250) = 2025 therefore 2025 it is 40% they need to issue 2400m to make up the 60% in shor 5b.


Here is the trick.

Imagine that lcy only want to pay 1c

1775+500 spp+500 lcyspp= 2775m

2775- (500m + 250 already in lcy hands)= 2025 in short the same amount



Imagine lcy paid 2c

1775+500spp+250 in lcyspp = 2525m

2525- (250 lcy spp + 250 aleready in lcy hands) = 2025



you can play any amount. 1.5. 2c 5c 10c, you will always get the same amount 2025m for 40% and they need to issue 2400m share to do 60% for LCY.



For that reason, the market hesitate in buy. They dont trust in boards not very clear. and not honest.
