Many years ago I had a biggish position in OSH - back then it was 60 cents. For over a year it traded between 59-70 cents even though almost every commentator said it was undervalued. The reason back then was the PNG pipeline uncertainty.
Then one day it started to move up, first to the high 90s and then a couple of months later to 1.30. the rest is history.
The financials of this company stack up, it is undervalued and will be re rated with time and when it does people will be surprised how much it will move.
As a footnote, OSH also had 1 billion shares on issue
