Nothing is certain until teh analysis reports come in i.e. still a risk.... Like I said before even KAR or CoP (including management) are not 100% sure... KAR is still a punt and thats why still cheap relevant to the price once results come in and positive. High risk Hi reward...
If mangement knew or they were certain I am sure they would be buying and buying big... then again that would be insider trading would it not????
