    Surandy, Just read the report again. They are talking about mortgaging the "B sands Reserve" not the plant, and saying that this could be achieved in Oct 2015 once the Alcoa debt has been repaid. If it's a Bank they would probably take a lien on the plant as well. Still better than selling it imo.
