simple sales and no hybrid securities

CNP shareholders need to deliver 2 clear messages to management & the board of directors.
They are:
1. Several big simple sales, forget management rights in transactions.
2. No hybrid securities which dilute shareholders, instead seek long term refinancing options.
CNP doesn't need recapitalizing for managements & board's egos. There are plenty of opportunities with a smaller more focused propertry portfolio that will work for investors. Trying to be the biggest caused the problem! Concentrate on opportunities using existing assets, there are always extension opportunities at most centres. Need to rebuild the property management side of business which requires small inputs of capital for good returns.
Its about a profitable well geared business not trying to be the biggest again.
