Buffet what have you got against convertible notes? I said in another post a good option would be a note similar to TIMPB.

Centro could float a note which pays interest and coverts to shares/cash in say 3 years! The share price should have recovered by then. This would take the heat of Centro for the medium term and also protect holders like you and me from the mitigating effects of having a large amount of extra share placed on the register.
