    Can you please explain this as i am new to shares

    "Centro could float a note which pays interest and coverts to shares/cash in say 3 years! The share price should have recovered by then. This would take the heat of Centro for the medium term and also protect holders like you and me from the mitigating effects of having a large amount of extra share placed on the register"
