My read is the right one. Funding shortfalls fro one or two lenders can be plugged now (with equity)but later its harder to do.
PH Cashflow covers interest forever.
Company can reduce debt quickly actually with a cash cow asset like PH.
This is a very smart move. Breathing room with $1.5b-$1.7b in market cap.
OZL will get the deal done.
