    In recievership its just an asset sale auction of assets....and PH would be in a beauty parade with RIO/BHP/Vale/Xstrata.

    At least with my solution BHP get the key assets they want, can close the others, at little cost and its quicker cheaper and easier.

    BHP with Olympic Dam and PH would be a more powerful position without buying RIO !!
