You missed the fact that the 14m options expire end of July so, given they are strongly in the money, we should see an extra $2.8m in cash in the next few weeks and a simplified capital structure:

- 50 million shares on issue
- Approx $20m market cap
- Approx $5m in cash

Woodman is a gun and a key asset in the Middlemas stable. I expect news flow will start once the options are cleared.
