Great input from TBE ,OSI & SHOLTZ, thanks for that.Maybe Adnani should have offered A$1.5(NPV) billion cash
for the entire company. We would all be better off in the short term.LINC share holders would have received A$3 per share, Adnani would have received 3 coalfields + all other Linc assets.

I am sure PB believes that LNC is worth more than A$3 per share medium term, if not a T/O for A$1.5 billion would have eventuated.
