When on aboard they are all involved in the decision making--replacing the ceo with an excisting board members makes no sense----I would be fiflthy they have blown the s/p from 88c to 1.2c in 4 years and be well paid in the process---all board members remuration and pays should be aligned to the s/p.gl with what`s left--no cash,no funding,no new idea`s...Eni will not help when they can take what`s left for nothing--the longer they delay--the longer the cash burn(managements &A-team pays).
