If we just had the coldest September on record, one would think there should be an uptick in Arctic Sea Ice??? But for some reason it has continued to either decline slightly or gain at a vey minimal extent.
Perhaps if we read the research into climate change and its impacts on the polar jet stream we may understand why this is happening, or we could simply read Bolt.
