I don't understand what the big fuss about... You are getting shares in MIN...if AGO s business and assets, as you say, turns around we ll get to share in the profit/increase in value over time... And you get a share of a booming stock which has exposure in the hottest commodity in the world, lithium...

This deal is a long term thumbs up...can't see any down side... If it's going to work MIN will make it work, with the added bonus of synergistic value
