As Phil Collins once said, "i can hear it coming in the air tonite, hold on hold on" (change the lyrics as u go sir).

In the meantime release the hounds & secure the premises, turn on the nite vision, as we wait for the froth on the shale shakers. I only hope its not CO2 from the calcareous sands (CaCO3 = CaO + CO2).

Now high levels of C2, at these depths shows a bit of matureity in the organic matter, initially i thought the gas chromatograph needs to b recalibrated, but looks like reading were consistent. the way this works, the released gas is recoreded in units eg 10 u & this is then broken down to % of C1, C2 & traces (upto C5's).

we shall see how this progresses on a day when fear grips wall street & we expect a 0.5% rate cut, good old CTP should have something +ve for holders i presume. I bet on Supertramp's barbie doll collection that his mate from Santos would b on full alert as well, LOL :)
