Why would you stick a large order like the 250,000 to sell on a penny stock (compared to Bluechip)?
I'm sure if the seller genuienly wanted to sell, placing smaller orders (and not all at once) would be a far more effective way to sell the stock. If it hasn't got a large turnover, then large sell orders don't help price. Unless it is a cap? Who knows.
Hope it runs for the hills when the news comes out. :)
