AUZ paid Simulus to build the plant onto Simulus' lab, and to operate it.
The important thing to point out is that Simulus earn into the JV with CTM by free-carrying CTM's Itapitanga resource to decision-to-mine. In that respect Simulus are using the plant to process their own ore, which would definitely be included under any arrangement with AUZ.
