But, are you "pleased to have other people move in share it with you" ?
I'm now confused as anyone on the ownership of the demo plant.

If AUZ own the demo plant, will they be charging other interested parties for the use ?
And then where does Simulus fit into the picture ?
Are they just the operators of the said demo plant, or have a financial interest ?

The Welsh Pool complex is owned by one of the superannuation giants, forgotten which one.
So everyone of the tenants are renters.

But the truth is i don't really care, it won't make that much difference in the end.
