sin tang bale out

Hi remaining people interested in SPH- a 'last post' just for nostalgia.....

Sin Tang have now baled out at $3 so it is close to game over for SPH. Xstrata have 86% - close to 90% compulsory acquisition.

I still think compared to peers, Xstrata got a bargain for 4b tonnes of Fe: The Enterprise Value graphs that SDL have put out recently have SPH waaaaaay down the bottom of the value chart for similar stocks.

At least I managed to get $3.10 (presumably bought by SinTang) for my remaining shares a while ago giving me the satisfaction of not selling to the X men.
