Noellyn--I'd put me left and right on the fact that Sin Tang want to develop CCP.No question.As far as Xstrata are concerned--who knows--my best guess is that their watching developments.There are a few players in this game not willing to show their hand,just yet.If they have tried to cut a deal with exco it must not be good enough to accept.M.A wont give her up that easy.Interesting month ahead.That's for sure.
