sin-tang becoming a spoiler to xstrata, page-2

Does anyone know just how big ( or small ), Sin-Tang is ??

I have tried researching them on google, but not much info available.

They have a website that says " coming soon ".

I have some questions I would like to find the answers to, about weather they are just investors, do they have other investments, if so, in what, etc.
I would really like to know if they have a connection to a smelter somewhere.

I am just trying to get my head around where they sit, and what their motives might be.

any info would be great.
