Sing Tang will need to make a quick decision to accept Xstrata offer or wait in as a minority holder. If Xstrata do not reach over 90% they will not be able to legally acquire the rest of the shares.
I wonder what price SPH will be after the fat lady sings.
Smuck you mentioned ROY, ST have a holding in ROY and have lost SPH. I wonder if they are dinkum in getting a Magnetitie deposit whether they will revist the ROY development. In my opinion if this was to happen it would not be on a friendly basis.
There not very many top class deposits of Magnetitie around in a stable country. ROY has one.
