Sin Tang strategy has been completely flawed (unfortunately for us and fortunately for Xstrata).
They overlooked the fact that the share holders (large or small) want the cash and not a deal that is riddled with risks, uncertainty and favouring some but not all share holders.
I wonder what they have now to gain by holding onto thier holdings
