placements are normally done at a much bigger discount. look at wpg, 30% discount has pulled its price down from $1 to 75 cents and they suffered dilution. imho once sintang puts its money in and the shares are issued the market will relax and the price will grow so that my shares are worth well more than the dilution i just suffered. cash means they can do stuff and cash means they are not on the bones of thier @rse while trying to close a deal. i've just googled sintang and these chappies seem to take major plays all over the place. why just 10% of fwl? imho there is a bigger game here for them. just give it time.
