my guess is ML are setting up a takeover of HDR - to BG or the French Gaz Mob .. and then sell-off of oil assestsl to Tullow ..
ML makes a profit on their HDR shares, gets a fee for setting up take-over of hdr, enhances its Tullow shares by acquiring HDR oil assets and giving Tullow full control of Uganda oil fields + cash flow from Ching -

tiof is a dream waiting to become another nightmare
rest of projects minimal value to be dumped
