Since Inception Net Return., page-2

Over 11.33 years the price has gone from 0.91 to 1.06, which is a growth return of 1.36% per year. For the last few years divi's have been set at 6.5% (ignoring franking credits), so my calculation of return is 7.96%. Even allowing for an extra 2% or so from franking credits this can come up to 10%. I am fairly sure divis were below 6.5% earlier, but have not checked. Not sure where the 15.5% comes from. Can anyone help?
