Thankyou all for your helpful replies. I subscribe to the Aden Forecast, and received the impression from Jim S. that he was not in agreement with their latest "public pronouncement." All that I have seen from either source appears to be bullish on gold, so I wondered if the Adens had made a more recent bearish public comment to which Jim was referring. Anyway I have emailed them directly for a clarification.
