There are no slam dunks at Sinclair. The main mine is largely mined out, the orebody gets very stringy down plunge of workings, there were dead zones that didn't pay hence Xtrata pulled the pin. Drilling from UG is limited due to the drilling angles, drilling from surface is deep and expensive, and didn't highlight much - Xstrata were drilling extensions all the way up to 2012. Stirling and Skye were never economic, Jubilee and Xtrata drilled the crap out of them, however there are some conductors probably worth testing.
In summary, TLM need a new discovery, and have to weather C&M costs and drilling for nickel is always expensive. Lot of luck, and/or money involved, and as Langworthy was the geology mastermind behind Jubilee's success and is not involved in TLM don't count your chickens on this one.
All my opinion, DYOR.
