Pivalde...I meant to throw this out there for discussion a couple of weeks ago but, seeing as we're engaging in speculation and theorizing, here goes: I think perhaps the reason why we have not had any news regarding FDA approval of PBT434 Phase 2 trial plans and tentative start date is because Dr. Sinclair has a new proposal to present. Could/ would the FDA consider modifying the Phase 2 human trial to include combining PBT434 with SIRT3 in some fashion and dosage to see if this will result in improved results compared to PBT434 alone? Maybe worth a shot but would hate to upset the apple cart since the Phase 1 results were so promising and Dr. Stamler, et.al. have been so focused and determined to follow this process to it's successful conclusion.
