A timely subject . When I saw on SBS and ABC the excuse for inaction in the deaf boy's case I was devastated . I just can't quite remember the words or which richly dressed self confessed messenger of God uttered them but it was along the lines of ' the Catholic Church is not the only organisation in the world which has had this problem ' ( As if the problem was theirs ) .
Try that excuse in a court of law .
ALL perpetrators should be and are , by the constitutions of most nations , made to face charges . Churches have no right to try their own and if complicit should also be charged .
ps I liked the Seven Sins as above in the signature , but to me worship is one of the most deadly sins . Religion and war still hold hands today after all we have learned .
