    Thats my feeling also that Sing Tan have pulled out.Judging by the size of the fall....I have another buy in at 17c but looks like I have missed it.I don't believe they will have too much trouble finding another Chinese company to fill the void, but whether on such good terms is another thing...I know nothing and just my interpretation of events.
